Centrifugal Blower Manufacturer: Industrial Blowers up to 800 HP
NextAir Systems is a centrifugal blower manufacturer. We design and build industrial centrifugal blowers in our own 30,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, up to 800 HP (about 597 kW) and up to 500 mm WC (about 4.9 kPa) static pressure. Yes. Our blowers go to customers all over the world, with the Middle East and Africa as our strongest markets.
Each blower is engineered to your duty, not picked from a fixed catalogue size. Wheel type, inlet arrangement, drive, materials, and temperature capability are chosen for the flow, pressure, and gas conditions you actually have. We also say early when a duty is outside what we build, so you do not lose time on a selection that will not work.
If you are still working out what type of blower you need, our guide to centrifugal blowers explains pressure classes, wheel types, and sizing with worked numbers. This page covers what we manufacture and how to get a quote.
What We Manufacture
- Power: up to 800 HP (about 597 kW)
- Static pressure: up to 500 mm WC (about 4.9 kPa), our standard maximum
- Wheels: backward-curved and forward-curved, chosen for the application, flow, and pressure
- Inlet: single-inlet and double-inlet designs
- High-temperature blowers: furnaces up to 800 °C, kilns up to 650 °C, and ovens up to 500 °C
Airflow and drive arrangement are confirmed for each selection. At high temperature, the materials, bearing cooling, and speed limit are engineered for the duty; our guide to high-temperature centrifugal blowers explains what changes. The choice between wheel types is covered in backward-curved vs forward-curved blowers.
Pressure Classes We Cover
Blowers are commonly grouped into four pressure classes, set out in our guide to blower pressure classes. Static pressure here is what the machine develops against the system.
| Class | Static pressure (mm WC) | Static pressure (Pa) | Typical applications | In our range |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Low | 0 to 38 | 0 to 374 | Basic ventilation, cabinet cooling, minor exhaust | Yes |
| Medium | 38 to 76 | 374 to 747 | Commercial HVAC and general air handling | Yes |
| High | 76 to 381 | 747 to 3,736 | Industrial drying, dust collection, combustion air supply | Yes |
| Very high (pressure blowers) | 381 to 3,556 | 3,736 to 34,872 | Pneumatic conveying, deep-bed filtration, high-resistance process lines | Partly, up to 500 mm WC |
Our standard maximum of 500 mm WC (about 4,903 Pa) covers the low, medium, and high classes completely, and the first part of the very high class.
Duties Outside Our Range
Some duties are not part of what we build: pressures above 500 mm WC, radial-blade material-handling duty, very large process fans above 800 HP, and ATEX or spark-resistant blowers. We would rather tell you that at the start than force a selection, and positive-displacement blowers or multistage machines generally serve the very high-pressure duties.
What Our Blowers Are Used For
The same machine family serves very different duties. Our application guidance covers ventilation and exhaust, combustion air, boiler forced and induced draft, dust collection and filtration, fume extraction and scrubbers, furnace, kiln, and oven duty, industrial drying and process air, cooling air, low-pressure pneumatic conveying, and high-resistance process lines.
By industry, we build for cement plants, steel plants, power generation, oil, gas, and refineries, chemical and fertiliser plants, mining and mineral processing, foundries and non-ferrous plants, glass, ceramics, and refractories, lime, gypsum, and building materials, and food, agro, and textile processing.
Built in Our 30,000 Sq Ft Factory
Our factory is a 30,000 sq ft manufacturing facility equipped for heavy sheet-metal and rotating-equipment work. The equipment on the floor includes:
- EOT cranes with a 10-ton capacity, for moving heavy casings and assemblies
- A hydraulic press brake for bending
- Motorized roller machines
- MIG welding lines and TIG welding lines
- Hydraulic shearing machines
- Computerized dynamic balancing machines for blower impellers
- Test instruments and the other basic factory machines
Balancing matters more for blowers than for most equipment. Impeller unbalance shows up as vibration, bearing wear, and noise, and it gets worse with speed and size, which is why we balance blower impellers on our own computerized dynamic balancing machines. Casings, wheels, frames, and bases are cut, bent, rolled, and welded here, with the 10-ton cranes handling the heavy assemblies, so dimensions, discharge positions, and drive arrangements can be adapted to your layout. Everything except the bought-out motors and drives is manufactured in-house. The engineering behind our vibration and balancing practice is set out in our guide to bearings, balancing, and vibration.
Motors, Drives, and Selection
Motors and variable frequency drives are bought-out items, selected and matched to each blower. At the top of the range, the motor and starting method become a major electrical decision, covered in motors, drives, and starting at 800 HP. How we size a blower from your airflow and pressure is explained, with worked numbers, in how to size a centrifugal blower, and the test standards behind published curves are in blower testing to ISO 5801 and AMCA 210.
Lead Times, Shipping, and Export
Delivery time varies with the blower’s size and capacity and the scale of the project, with a minimum of 30 days. Larger or custom-engineered machines take longer, and we confirm the schedule when we quote.
Our blowers reach customers worldwide, mainly across the Middle East and Africa, and we also supply facilities in India. See our blower guidance for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Egypt, South Africa, and India, or browse all locations.
Certified Quality Systems
Our blowers are built under certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety systems. More about the company is on our About page.
What to Provide When You Request a Quotation
- Airflow, and whether it is at actual or standard conditions
- Static or total pressure required, in mm WC or Pa, and the system resistance at clean and worst-case conditions
- The gas: type, temperature, humidity, dust load, and any corrosive content
- Site altitude and ambient temperature range
- Duty: continuous or intermittent, fixed or variable
- Control: dampers, inlet vanes, or speed control
- Any hazardous-area classification, so we can tell you whether we can supply the blower
- Drive and installation: direct or belt drive, motor voltage, available space, and orientation
- Noise limits and the documentation you require

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a centrifugal blower manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. We build our own centrifugal blowers in our 30,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, engineered to the customer's duty.
What is the largest centrifugal blower you manufacture?
Up to 800 HP (about 597 kW) and up to 500 mm WC (about 4.9 kPa) static pressure. Duties above that, such as higher pressures or very large process fans, are outside our range, and we say so early.
Can your blowers handle high temperatures?
Yes. We manufacture high-temperature blowers for furnaces up to 800 °C, kilns up to 650 °C, and ovens up to 500 °C. At high temperature, the materials, bearing cooling, and speed limit are engineered for the duty.
Do you make ATEX or spark-resistant blowers?
No. ATEX and spark-resistant blowers are not part of what we build. If your duty needs one, we tell you at the start so you do not lose time on a selection that cannot be supplied.
Should I choose backward-curved or forward-curved wheels?
Backward-curved wheels are generally chosen for higher efficiency and for higher-pressure, continuous duty, and forward-curved wheels for compact, lower-pressure duty. The right choice depends on your flow, pressure, and gas conditions, and we confirm it for each selection.
What is the minimum lead time?
A minimum of 30 days, with the actual time depending on the blower's size and capacity and the scale of the project. We confirm it in the quotation.
Do you export centrifugal blowers?
Yes. Our blowers go to customers all over the world, and the Middle East and Africa remain our strongest markets.
